| I have had two car insurance claims in the last 18 months with Swiftcover, and both went well. The repairer was not a BMW one, but the work was first class, and the policy does say they will use their own network, so no complaints there. I was kept informed by email and text messages, so I had no need to call for updates, and I did not experience what others have said about not being kept in touch. If there were delays, it was in getting my excess back, and this was not through Swiftcover not trying - it was the other insurer at fault, who were dragging it out - a typical tactic. They also send you a leaflet taking you through the claim so you know what to expect. If you want a bigger courtesy car, then you can have one when you buy the policy, and the difference with other insurers is that you still get it even if the accident is your fault. And it is covered for an accident - I checked. |
