Very good in all aspects of their handling of my business, and I can't fault them at all. They did what they said they would, and they did it well. I will, and have recommended Norwich Union Life Insurance to family and others. They offer a good all round service.
I felt that Norwich Union would be around for longer than I am, to be able to fulfil my policy! They have an excellent online service, which I actually could buy my life insurance on, without having to fill out a medical at all. Very quick process and competitive on price.
Unfortunately we had to cancel our holiday in June 2006. My partner had a back injury which meant we had to cancel at short notice. The Norwich Union Travel insurance company were excellent, and there was no hassle in claiming the money back. To me this is a test of whether the insurance company is any good.
